INFINITE MARTE does NOT offer FREE returns on ANY products. Customers are reliable for SHIPPING to send back to INFINITE MARTE. INFINITE MARTE does NOT pay for shipping.

Used or worn products will NOT be accepted. NO exceptions.

Exchange policy:  When filling out your return for an exchange, please provide Full details of the products, the style, color and size you wish to SEND BACK and the style, color and size you want as an exchange. Once your return has arrived in our warehouse, we will notify you via EMAIL and an exchange order will be issued to you via coupon code for you to use within 7 days to REPURCHASE the item using the coupon code.

NOTE*: The item you wish to get as an exchange MUST be an equal or lesser PRICE than your return. Or you will pay the difference for a GREATER price. A coupon code will be given.

Please note some products in specific colors/sizes are in high demand and we cannot guarantee we will have stock. 

Fine print for IVORY COAST and the UNITED STATES**:

Damaged items due to washing, wearing and/or user error such as rips, snags, drawstring issues...etc is NOT accepted. 

Defective items such as arrives with blemish, defect in seams, holes, noticeable issues MUST be reported to us (Info@Infinitemarte.com) with pictures of the issue within 24 hours of the package being delivered. This is a STRICT policy - any defects reported after this date will NOT be approved.

All SALE (DISCOUNTED ITEMS) items are FINAL sale. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted for. If the customer does not want the item, the customer is reliable to ship the item to INFINITE MARTE at the customer's own risk and INFINITE MARTE will donate the item to local people in need.
