Damaged items due to washing, wearing and/or user error such as rips, snags, drawstring issues, etc is not covered under warranty. 

Defective items such as arrives with blemish, defect in seams, holes, noticeable issues must be reported to us (Info@Infinitema.com) with pictures of the issue within 24 hours of the package being delivered. This is a strict policy - any defects reported after this date will not be approved.

All items are final sale. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be accepted. If the customer does not want the item, the customer is reliable to ship the item to INFINITE MARTE at the customers own risk and INFINITE MARTE will donate the item to local people in need.
